Wholesale Account Approval
All GOKA WHOLESALE accounts are subject to approval and reseller verification. Applicants must operate legitimate businesses and comply with all marketplace rules. GOKA LLC reserves the right to review business documentation, including valid Employer Identification Numbers (EIN) and state-issued resale certificates, prior to approval. Inventory availability and wholesale pricing remains subject to change without notice based on operational review and marketplace stability.
Verified accounts are required to maintain marketplace compliance obligations across Amazon, Walmart, and other reseller platforms.

3. Product Availability
All inventory listed by GOKA WHOLESALE is subject to real-time warehouse availability. GOKA LLC makes every effort to maintain accurate stock counts; however, availability may change without notice due to global logistics, manufacturing delays, or high-volume wholesale demand. We reserve the right to limit order quantities or cancel orders for items that have become unavailable prior to shipment processing. Backorders are not accepted unless explicitly agreed upon in writing by a GOKA account manager.
4. Pricing Policy
Wholesale pricing is confidential and reserved exclusively for approved GOKA WHOLESALE account holders. GOKA LLC provides competitive B2B rates including tiered volume pricing for pallet and truckload orders. Prices are subject to fluctuation based on market conditions, manufacturer increases, and import logistics costs. GOKA LLC reserves the right to update pricing at any time; however, price increases will not apply to orders that have been officially confirmed and invoiced. All prices are listed in USD and exclude shipping and applicable taxes.
Shipping & Fulfillment
GOKA LLC operates a centralized distribution hub to ensure rapid order processing and reliable fulfillment for our wholesale partners. All shipping operations are governed by standard B2B logistics protocols to maintain chain of custody and inventory integrity.
- Processing Timelines: Standard wholesale orders are processed within 1-3 business days following payment verification.
- Carrier Usage: We utilize approved freight and parcel carriers (UPS, FedEx, DHL, and LTL partners) tailored to order volume and destination.
- Warehouse Operations: Fulfillment is managed from our US-based logistics centers to ensure marketplace compliance.
- Shipping Responsibility: Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier (FOB Origin).
- Damaged Shipments: Any discrepancies or damage claims must be reported to info@gokabulk.com within 48 hours of delivery receipt.

Return Windows & Reporting
Due to the nature of wholesale distribution, all sales are final. GOKA LLC only accepts claims for damaged shipments or fulfillment errors. Buyers must report any discrepancies or visible damage within 48 hours of delivery. Detailed photographic evidence of the external packaging and impacted SKUs is required for all claims.
Operational Review Process
Upon receipt of a claim, our operations team will perform a comprehensive review of warehouse logs and carrier data. Approved claims will result in a replacement or account credit at GOKA LLC’s discretion. Unauthorized returns will be refused. We reserves the right to review account standing for partners with excessive claim rates or policy violations.
Internal operational guidelines strictly govern all refund or exchange requests to ensure supply chain integrity for our marketplace partners.
Intellectual Property Rights
All content included on the GOKA WHOLESALE website and within our digital catalogs, including but not limited to corporate branding, logos, trademarks, trade names, service marks, graphics, text, images, software, and the global organization of such content, is the exclusive intellectual property of GOKA LLC and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other proprietary laws. Wholesale partners and authorized resellers are strictly prohibited from using, reproducing, modifying, or distributing any GOKA LLC branding or intellectual property without express written authorization from GOKA WHOLESALE operations headquarters. Any authorized use of our intellectual property must strictly adhere to the branding guidelines provided at the time of authorization. Unauthorized use of GOKA LLC’s trademarks or copyrighted material may result in the immediate termination of the wholesale account and potential legal action to protect GOKA LLC's enterprise assets and brand integrity.
11. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers
GOKA LLC provides its wholesale distribution services, website content, and products on an 'as-is' and 'as-available' basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GOKA LLC expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. GOKA LLC does not warrant that product descriptions, inventory levels, or pricing on gokabulk.com are accurate, complete, or error-free.
In no event shall GOKA LLC, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the wholesale portal; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party; (iii) any products purchased through GOKA WHOLESALE; or (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

Any legal action or proceeding related to your access to, or use of, GOKA WHOLESALE operations shall be instituted in a state or federal court in Wyoming. You and GOKA LLC agree to submit to the jurisdiction of, and agree that venue is proper in, these courts in any such legal action or proceeding.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Wholesale Terms and Conditions, and any separate agreements whereby GOKA LLC provides products or services to you, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
You agree that any legal action or proceeding between GOKA LLC and you for any purpose concerning these Terms shall be brought exclusively in a federal or state court of competent jurisdiction sitting in Sheridan County, Wyoming. Any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to GOKA WHOLESALE operations must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises or such claim or cause of action is barred.
Amendments & Modifications
GOKA WHOLESALE (operated by GOKA LLC) reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Wholesale Terms & Conditions at our sole discretion. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated 'Last Updated' date. Continued use of our wholesale platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend that authorized resellers and wholesale buyers review these terms periodically to stay informed of our current operational policies and compliance requirements.
